Canon Solutions America, Inc. is looking for a Technician Shop Supervisor to join our team at the Monroe facility. In this role, you will manage a team responsible for pre-installing Canon's hardware and software technology for customers, ensuring total customer satisfaction and compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of Pre-Install Technicians.
• Address and resolve customer issues to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory processes, parts ordering, and usage.
• Ensure a positive working environment and effective communication with customers and management.

Requirements

• 5 years of related experience with management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Service management experience in the office technology industry.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a team.
