Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with day-to-day financial transactions, inquiries, and account openings.
- Perform transfers, loan payments, and wire transactions accurately.
- Cross-sell banking products and services to meet customer needs and goals.
- Meet and exceed sales and referral targets through proactive customer engagement.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in sales, teller, new accounts, or loan processing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; 10-Key by touch is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and customer service abilities.
