Job Description
Join the Premier Veterinary Group in Grayslake, IL as a full-time Veterinary Technician in the Emergency and Critical Care Department. In this role, you will triage and provide care to patients while upholding our commitment to exceptional client service and patient care.
Responsibilities
- Triage incoming patients and manage client care.
- Assist in patient assessment, diagnostics, treatments, and procedures.
- Complete daily patient treatments and assessments.
- Support organization in the Emergency and Critical Care Department.
- Process laboratory samples and utilize imaging modalities.
- Execute and monitor sedation and anesthetic events.
Qualifications
- Experience in general nursing care and anesthesia administration.
- High school education or equivalent.
- Certification or licensing as a veterinary technician preferred.
- Strong communication and client education skills.
