Job Description
Join our team at Slumberland Furniture as a Warehouse Team Member. We are currently hiring for immediate positions for individuals experienced in warehouse operations, including forklift operations. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a vital role in merchandise movement, training, customer service, and safety compliance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct merchandise movement activities such as storing, moving, and distributing products efficiently.
- Provide training to other team members and lead by example.
- Interact with customers professionally and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Maintain safety standards through proper equipment handling and facility organization.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (or currently working towards one).
- Basic math skills and knowledge of tools and hardware components.
- Valid driver's license and basic computer knowledge.
Additional Information
Full-time position with competitive pay starting at $17 per hour. Work schedule from Monday to Friday, beginning at 7:00 am. Equal Opportunity Employer.
