Water Research Facility Lead - Water/Wastewater Industry

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Water Research Facility Lead specializing in the water/wastewater industry to join Parkson Corp. in Fort Lauderdale, FL. In this role, you will oversee pilot performance testing of mechanical and process technologies at water and wastewater treatment plants across North America. Your responsibilities will include setting up and optimizing pilot units, analyzing samples, conducting presentations, providing training, and managing data for technical reports. You will also collaborate with various teams to support sales efforts, develop SOPs, drive customer engagement, and participate in industry events. Additionally, you will be involved in developing and implementing training programs, managing laboratory operations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation and maintenance of the Water Research Facility.
• Coordinate pilot-related activities and data analysis.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for pilot projects/equipment.
• Support sales efforts and maximize pilot system performance.
• Troubleshoot and optimize pilot equipment in the field.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field required.
• Experience in water/wastewater treatment market preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel up to 70%.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
