Marimn Health is seeking a Wellness Services Specialist to join our team in Plummer, ID. As a Wellness Services Specialist, you will have the opportunity to participate in campaigns promoting fitness, aquatics, recreation, youth, and cultural programs. Being a positive role model to all members/patients and ensuring that recreation facilities are safe, clean, and equipment operates correctly are essential responsibilities of this role.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Preference will be given to applicants with lifeguard certification, previous instructor experience, current CPR certification, and/or Fitness Certification.
- Basic computer proficiency and demonstrated attendance history.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Essential Responsibilities
- Be a positive role model to all members/patients.
- Ensure recreation facilities are safe, clean, and equipment operates correctly.
- Monitor activities to ensure facility policy and regulations are followed and enforced.
- Communicate directly with members to determine needs and interests.
- Campaigns to promote fitness, aquatics, recreation, youth, and cultural programs.
