Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, program, test, and deploy new features with a focus on quality.
• Provide guidance to Associate and Senior Associate Application Engineers to support their growth.
• Lead technology communities, make design decisions, and ensure product success.
• Proactively address issues and propose design solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Information Technology, Engineering, or related roles.
• Internal applicants must demonstrate technical proficiency as per the Dreyfus engineering scale.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with React Native, Redux, and frontend frameworks like React JS.
• Familiarity with Java, Spring Boot, Agile methodologies, and software testing principles.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented principles and clean coding practices.
