Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Problem Management Specialist - CRM to join Discover Financial Services. As a key member of the Corporate Risk Management team, you will be responsible for managing the life-cycle of assigned problems, identifying root causes, minimizing future impacts, and documenting actions taken to resolve issues. This role involves collaborating with various teams and effectively managing and escalating risks and customer-impacting issues.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the life-cycle and resolution of assigned problems by performing root cause analysis and coordinating actions.
  • Ensure service level agreements are met, maintain inventory of problems in ServiceNow, and propose process improvements.
  • Mentor Service Support Specialists if assigned to LOB.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in Business, IT, Mathematics, Analytics, or Statistics.
  • 4+ years of experience in Consumer Banking Call Center Operations or related fields; or 6+ years of experience in lieu of education.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
  • 1+ years of risk management or people management experience.

Compensation

Base pay ranges between $75,500.00 to $127,900.00, with additional incentives possible.
