Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled long-term care/rehab unit at Levindale Hospital. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized nursing care plans, ensuring the well-being of our residents. This is a full-time position on the day shift.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Attend to daily operations of the unit and assume leadership responsibilities.
- Provide compassionate care and support to residents with diverse needs.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing with a Practical Nursing license.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
- BLS CPR Certification.
