Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Long Term Care team at Levindale Hospital. This full-time position requires a weekend commitment on day shift (7:00am-7:30pm).
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assist in orientation and supervision of nursing personnel.
- Attend to daily operations of the unit and assume leadership responsibilities.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification.
- Valid License Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
