Job Description
We are currently looking to hire a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN, you will work full-time with a weekend commitment on the night shift. You will join a compassionate and dedicated team in Hall 1, a 40-45 bed long-term care unit focusing on subacute rehabilitation with high complexity of needs.
Responsibilities
- Utilize nursing principles to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Attend to daily unit operations and assume leadership responsibilities as needed.
- Provide compassionate care to residents and assist them with daily activities.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- License for Practical Nursing and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and experience with medical equipment.
