Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate LPN-ACUTE to join the dynamic team at LifeBridge Health. As an LPN on the Brain Health Unit at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional medical and emotional care to our residents and patients.
Responsibilities
- Work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing.
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Ensure the needs of residents are met on a daily basis.
- Assume a leadership role as necessary to support unit operations.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing (diploma).
- Licensed Practical Nursing license and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
