Job Description
We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized nursing care plans and ensure the needs of the residents are met. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Attend to the daily operations of the unit.
- Assume a leadership role as needed.
Requirements
- Associate's degree and graduate of accredited school of nursing.
- License for Practical Nursing and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of medical equipment.
Unit Summary
The Halls unit offers daily activities and support for residents, focusing on sub acute rehabilitation with high complexity of needs. Staff members must be compassionate and dedicated to helping others.
