Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Long Term Care team at LifeBridge Health. This full-time position, based in Baltimore, MD, offers a day shift schedule with a weekend commitment.
Responsibilities
- Work under the supervision of the Clinical Leader/Director of Nursing to develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assist in orienting and supervising nursing personnel.
- Manage daily operations on a household level and take on leadership responsibilities.
Requirements
- Associate's degree and less than 1 year of experience.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification and LPN license.
- Basic physical assessment skills and a dedication to ensuring residents' needs are met.
