Job Description
We are looking to hire a dedicated LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) to join our skilled long-term care team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. In this full-time position with a weekend commitment on day shift, you will be part of Household #1 at Levindale Hospital, working from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm.

Responsibilities
The LPN in the Household unit is responsible for providing long-term care for residents, creating and implementing individualized nursing care plans, assisting in staff orientation and supervision, and overseeing day-to-day unit operations.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of experience.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification, License Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
