Job Description
We are looking for a talented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized care plans for residents and ensure their needs are met on a daily basis. This is a full-time position with a night shift schedule.
Unit Summary
Our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit, Hall 1, offers a supportive environment for residents with high complexity needs. We prioritize compassion, motivation, and dedication to providing exceptional care and support.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assume leadership responsibilities as needed.
- Attend to daily operations of the unit on a shift level.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills and nursing principles.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing.
- Less than one year of experience.
- Active LPN license and AHA CPR certification.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and medical equipment operation.
