Avesta Housing is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician (Floater) to maintain buildings and grounds of affordable housing properties in Kittery, Maine, and the Seacoast region of New Hampshire. What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude. Key requirements include basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and painting skills, availability for on-call duties, a valid driver's license, and a reliable vehicle to transport tools.
