Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing incoming and outgoing stock, maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organization, and supporting the overall operations of the warehouse.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders.
- Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning to maintain warehouse standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
- Provide feedback to improve processes and support budget goals.
- Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to collaborate, adapt, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Physical ability to lift and move products, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
