We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift LPN - Shift Supervisor to join our team at Hope Network Behavioral Health. As an LPN Shift Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional medical care and overseeing the medical needs of our residents. Your responsibilities will include coordinating care with external medical entities, teaching exemplary care practices to staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of the med room. This is a full-time position with flexible hours, offering a competitive salary starting from $26 per hour and a generous benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary medical care and supervise the medical assisting team.
• Coordinate care needs with external medical entities.
• Model and teach exemplary care practices to floor staff.
• Oversee the operation of the med room.

Requirements

• Active State of Michigan Practical Nurse Licensure (LPN).
• Prior experience in a residential setting preferred.
• Experience working with electronic medical records.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
