Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of $23.00 per hour. As part of the warehouse team, you will play a key role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing shipments. Your responsibilities will include maintaining warehouse cleanliness, cooperating with team members and suppliers, and providing input to improve processes. Additionally, you will be expected to uphold ALDI Acts competencies, demonstrate positive attitude, collaborate with the team, and drive for success.
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
- Must be able to work in varying temperatures and environments.
