Starting Wage: $23.00 per hour

Job Description

As a 3rd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate at Aldi, you will play a vital role in the warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient handling of stock and preparation for store deliveries. You will be responsible for selecting, receiving, relocating, sorting, and loading merchandise, in addition to general cleaning and inventory tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
  • Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
  • Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically.
  • Perform general cleaning duties and participate in warehouse inventory counts.
  • Cooperate and interact effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older to be employed for this role at Aldi.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent lifting and placing of product weighing up to 45 pounds on pallets at various heights.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, hot and cold.
• Safely and properly operate powered industrial equipment.
