Responsibilities
- Evaluate project documents and attend pre-bid meetings.
- Estimate costs for labor, materials, and construction.
- Create proposals, budgets, and cost estimates.
- Communicate with clients and subcontractors.
- Review change orders and manage cost impacts.
Requirements
- 2 years of estimating experience or a bachelor's degree.
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of construction practices and procedures.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
