Job Description
We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and work in home health care for CareerStaff Unlimited in Dahlonega, GA. As an RN in our home health opportunity, you will have the chance to make a significant impact on patient care in Dahlonega and nearby towns. This position offers a Monday-Friday schedule with hourly pay and excellent benefits.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate excellence in customer service and maintain a positive professional image.
- Independently manage daily operations with attention to detail.
- Assess and report changes in patients' medical condition promptly.
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient care in compliance with regulations.
- Administer prescribed medications and maintain proper records.
- Monitor and record vital signs, addressing abnormalities.
- Participate in on-call duties every other weekend.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of home health experience.
- Current RN license in Georgia.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation and HomeCare HomeBase experience.
