Registered Nurse

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our team at a well-established skilled nursing facility in Laconia, NH. In this role, you will play a key part in providing patient care and supporting healthcare providers. Qualified candidates will have at least 6 months of previous nursing home experience and a strong dedication to excellence in care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with healthcare team members to support patient care.
• Maintain knowledge of current clinical practices and regulations specific to the role.
• Promote patient independence and well-being through personalized care.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications

• 6-12 months of recent supervised experience in a Long Term Care/Nursing Home setting.
• Registered Nursing degree and current RN license in the state of employment.
• Current CPR/BLS certification and TB test.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
