Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a daycare or educational setting.

  • Effective communication skills with children and adults.
  • Ability to assist with lesson plans and activities.
  • Patience, flexibility, and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Basic first aid and CPR certification preferred.
  • Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
  • Pass background check and health screening.
  • Strong observational and reporting skills.
  • Creativity and enthusiasm for engaging children.
  • Basic computer skills for record-keeping.
  • Commitment to professional development in early childhood education.
  • Adherence to daycare policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and safe classroom environment.
  • Bilingual abilities a plus.
