Responsibilities
- Provide training and support in living skills, recreational activities, and other forms of assistance.
- Assist with daily tasks like meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication administration.
- Facilitate relationships with employers and support community engagement.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to implement therapeutic and behavioral plans.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in the human services field.
- Valid Driver's License and background clearance.
- Caring attitude, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
