As a caregiver, you will be responsible for supporting individuals in their daily activities, fostering meaningful relationships, and promoting their overall well-being. Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in daily living activities.
• Foster relationships and create a supportive environment for the individuals you serve.
• Help participants achieve their developmental goals and engage in community activities.

Requirements

• No formal education required, though a high school diploma is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine interest in supporting individuals with diverse needs.
• Driver's license preferred but not mandatory.
