Job Description
We are seeking passionate and skilled Certified Personal Trainers to join our team at VASA Fitness. As a Personal Trainer, you will play a crucial role in guiding and empowering our members to achieve their fitness and health goals, creating an uplifting and supportive experience.
Responsibilities
- Acquire and retain personal training clients through personalized coaching and training sessions.
- Schedule and deliver complimentary personal training sessions for existing VASA members, customizing exercise programs to meet individual needs.
- Create an approachable and inclusive environment within the Personal Training Cage, interact with members, clients, and guests, and ensure safety protocols and cleaning activities are consistently maintained.
- Create a supportive, connected community for all clients, utilizing VASA programs, tools, and resources to provide ongoing coaching and encouragement.
