Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Outcomes Specialist in Acute Care to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. In this role, you will be responsible for improving quality care outcomes within Acute Care by acting as a resource to nurses and patients. The Clinical Outcomes Specialist/Clinical Nurse Specialist will facilitate evidence-based practice implementation, collaborate with the Patient Care Services team, and lead sustainable change to enhance nursing professional practice.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate evidence-based practice implementation to improve quality care outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Patient Care Services team to positively influence nursing care.
- Lead sustainable change to elevate nursing professional practice.
- Apply influence across patient/family, staff, and system spheres to transform healthcare delivery.
Requirements
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree required; MSN with Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) certification preferred, or eligibility to sit for CNS exam.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience.
- American Heart Association BLS certification.
- Maryland Registered Nurse (RN) License required.
- Neurology and/or Ortho Trauma experience preferred.
