As a key player in the marketing department, you will be responsible for managing Amro Music's digital marketing initiatives, branding strategies, and online content creation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SEO objectives and enhance online presence on the company's website.
• Create engaging online content for social media platforms like Facebook and Youtube.
• Lead marketing efforts for Amro's weekly podcast and outbound sales campaigns.
• Manage digital customer experiences through platforms like Podium and other online channels.
• Collaborate on the design and implementation of printed marketing materials.
• Chair the planning of key events such as the Back to School Party.
• Provide exceptional in-store customer service and support as needed.

Requirements

• Experience with Canva, ActiveCampaign, ConstantContact, and Adobe suite is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
• Passion for customer service and team collaboration.
• Marketing degree and music background are advantageous but not mandatory.
