Maintenance Manager for our Modesto Plant

Job Description

Crystal Creamery Inc is currently seeking a talented Maintenance Manager for our Modesto Plant. The selected individual will be responsible for overseeing plant maintenance operations, reducing unplanned outages, leading operational improvements, and ensuring optimal production in our diverse Dairy processing facility.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead daily activities of the maintenance team on multiple shifts.
• Provide training and professional development to the maintenance team.
• Motivate and coach the maintenance staff in safe work practices.
• Drive continuous improvement in critical areas of maintenance organization.
• Utilize predictive maintenance technologies to optimize operational maintenance.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve technical and operational issues.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Technology, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in maintenance in food & beverage manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of food processing equipment maintenance and technologies.
• Leadership in food safety and familiarity with SQF requirements.
• Experience with Ammonia Refrigeration systems, HazMat, and environmental regulations.
• Knowledge of Plant Automation/PLC programs.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work any shift.

Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000 annually.
