Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned General Manager to join Northpoint Roofing Systems, a fast-growing company committed to excellence and innovation. As the General Manager, you will oversee business operations, lead high-performing teams, and drive sales and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans for optimized productivity.
• Guide the business unit to achieve annual budget and profitability goals.
• Monitor cash flow, execute work timely, and ensure payment collection.
• Measure performance against KPIs and upgrade staff as needed.
• Collaborate with senior leaders, seek growth opportunities, and share best practices.
• Assess employee performance, conduct evaluations, and facilitate sales growth.
• Proactively implement tools for efficiency and maintain vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements on job sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years in sales or sales management.
• 5+ years in the construction industry with P&L responsibilities.
• 10+ years in leadership positions.
• Experience in contracts administration and strategic planning.
• Proficiency in presenting financial and operational data.
• Strong communication skills.
