Job Description
Early Intervention Specialist II at ATI Physical Therapy is responsible for providing support in industrial/office ergonomics, jobsite analysis, and multi-site reports development. This role also includes serving as a lead for multistaff locations and offering support for the AWS injury triage line, as well as mentoring EIS 1 through a mentorship program.
Responsibilities
- Participate with employer on job site evaluations
- Support the injury triage app through active performance of service
- Collect multi-site data reviews and consolidate into enterprise reports
- Alert Industry Manager for critical performance issues when participating as a EIS mentor
- Serve as a leader of a group when a client site utilizes multiple EIS's, ensuring communication of leadership messages and alerting IM of site-specific concerns
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Allied Health Professional degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2 years' experience in the industrial setting or 5 years' experience in a professional setting
- Expertise in data interface and client reporting
- Ability to interact with employees, line supervisors, engineers, and leaders to follow-up on injury trends and initiatives
- Certification/License as an AT or PTA, and CPR certification
