Job Overview

We are seeking an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager for our Milan, OH facility. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining plant safety programs to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure facilities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Drive initiatives to identify and reduce facility risks.
• Oversee incident investigations and root cause analyses.
• Assess EHS structure and develop staff.
• Facilitate safety leadership training.
• Coordinate safety activities and committee.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of environmental, health, and safety experience.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental standards.
• Strong organizational and training skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated leadership and analytical abilities.
• Willingness to be on call and travel occasionally.
