Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional hospitality following the RESPECT service system.
- Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and deliver food and beverages promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in common areas and service stations.
- Engage guests in the celebration and entertainment experience onboard.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas and service stations.
- Collect payments and provide information to guests about onboard services and amenities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant.
- Energetic personality with excellent communication skills.
- Service-oriented attitude and ability to work on your feet.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to lift heavy items and move furniture.
- Availability to work on holidays and meet minimum age requirements.
