Job Description

We are looking for a Help Desk Technician to join our Information Technology Team at DecoArt Inc. In this role, you will provide desk-side support, ensure correct installation of software products, repair hardware malfunctions, and promptly resolve technical issues. You will assist in maintaining computer systems, network infrastructure, servers, phone systems, and emails, while supporting IT projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide help desk support for hardware, software, network, and other computer-related needs.
  • Assist with network and server maintenance, data backup, and recovery.
  • Educate and train employees on computer skills and contribute to departmental growth.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of service requests and maintain asset inventory documentation.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of professional IT experience.
  • Working knowledge of PC networks, servers, software and hardware maintenance, and various IT tools.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
