The ideal candidate will have experience in the apartment management industry or a strong background in retail sales/hospitality and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities

• Respond to leasing inquiries, conduct apartment tours, and follow up on leads.
• Participate in developing marketing strategies and advertising initiatives.
• Process rental applications, leases, deposits, move-ins, and move-outs.
• Handle maintenance requests, work orders, and assist with property management tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of apartment management experience with lease up exposure preferred.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Yardi, CRM systems, and basic computer applications.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a background check.
