Job Description
We are hiring a Machine Operator II to join our team at Keurig Dr Pepper. As a Machine Operator II, you will be responsible for operating assigned stations, conducting maintenance tasks, making adjustments for operational efficiency, and ensuring product quality. This is a full-time position with potential for overtime and requires flexibility across multiple shifts.
Shift & Schedule
2nd Shift: 1:30pm to 10:00pm, Monday-Friday
3rd Shift: 9:30pm-6:00am, Monday-Friday
Responsibilities
- Handle line issues and empty cases
- Train other operators on machinery
- Perform Basic AM (CIL) activities
- Ensure 5S compliance
- Conduct quality checks and equipment setup
- Operate machinery, monitor production, and replenish materials
- Record necessary data and maintain equipment cleanliness
- Physical demands include standing, walking, and using hands
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2 years experience with high-speed production machinery
- Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50lbs
