Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments safely and efficiently.
• Document medication administration and maintain accurate records.
• Provide resident care in accordance with Sunrise Senior Living policies and regulations.
• Contribute to risk management and general safety practices.
• Participate in team training and development activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED; certifications in CPR and First Aid may be required.
• Experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Ability to make sound decisions and prioritize tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and judgment abilities.
