Job Description
We are currently seeking a 2 to 3 Year Attorney to join our team at Chimpoulis & Hunter, PA. The ideal candidate should have experience in medical malpractice defense or general defense litigation. As part of our team, you will handle cases during the presuit process and through litigation, providing legal support to our clients in the medical malpractice field.
Qualifications
- Licensed member of the Florida Bar.
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Persuasive oral advocacy.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Clear and concise communication style.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on long-term career goals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare legal documents and responses.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Provide case status reports to clients.
- Work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
