Job Description

The Member Experience Lead (MEL) at VASA Fitness is crucial in upholding the club's UPLIFT culture and creating an exceptional experience for both guests and members. This engaging and positive individual will lead by example, coach the Member Experience Specialists, and work closely with the General Manager to ensure a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all Member Experience Specialists create and maintain the club's UPLIFT culture
  • Implement the non-intimidating VASA experience for guests and members
  • Recruit, hire, and train all Member Experience Specialists
  • Lead by example and ensure the UPLIFTing culture and values are the foundation for every interaction
  • Promote REVIVE sales and maintain the club's cleanliness and friendly atmosphere
  • Support the General Manager in forecasting staffing needs and conducting interviews
  • Schedule and facilitate training for new Member Experience Specialists
  • Evaluate team member interactions, provide coaching and feedback, and delegate tasks for efficient operations
  • Communicate, lead by example, and motivate the team to understand and develop passion for the brand and our approach
