Job Description
The Member Experience Lead (MEL) at VASA Fitness is responsible for creating an uplifting experience for members by leading, coaching, and driving the club towards exceptional results. The ideal candidate should embody the club's culture and be passionate, diligent, and organized.
Responsibilities
- Ensure a welcoming and non-intimidating experience for members and guests
- Recruit, hire, and train Member Experience Specialists (MES) team members
- Maintain the facilities and equipment to ensure a clean and functional environment
- Support the General Manager in forecasting staffing needs and conducting interviews
- Provide coaching, feedback, and in-the-moment recognition to the MES staff
- Communicate, motivate, and inspire the team to develop passion for the brand and its values
