Job Description
VASA Fitness is seeking a Member Experience Specialist to join our passionate and united team. The MES will be responsible for delivering a fun and meaningful experience to our members and guests, creating personal connections, addressing issues, ensuring club cleanliness, and promoting memberships and personal training.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate genuine, kind attitude when interacting with guests and members.
- Provide club tours, sell memberships, and assist members with upgrades and personal training.
- Anticipate guest and member needs and respond accordingly, providing clear information and support.
- Contribute to improving the guest and member experience by sharing feedback and collaborating with the team.
- Execute daily responsibilities to VASA's high standards, including check-in processes, club cleanliness, merchandise restocking, and REVIVE sales processing.
