Job Description

ECS Psychological Services, P.C. is seeking a full-time Mental Health Therapist to join our team at one of our private practice locations in Saratoga Springs, NY. As part of our dedicated team, you will provide individual, family, and group therapy for children, adolescents, and adults, using evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches.
• Maintain regular sessions, facilitate group therapy, and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
• Keep detailed records, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and offer crisis intervention services.
• Stay current with developments in the field and uphold ethical standards.

Requirements

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
• Valid and current state license as a mental health therapist.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience and familiarity with DSM-5.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and cultural competency.

Compensation

Starting pay range: $58,000-$62,000 per year
