Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform receptionist duties, manage mail and deliveries.
- Coordinate janitorial and facility maintenance.
- Manage office and cleaning supplies inventory.
- Develop office policies and procedures.
- Create promotional materials for office events.
- Assist in planning and executing office events.
- Oversee provisioning of electronic devices and ensure data security.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in office coordination or administrative support.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in office software applications.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with basic IT concepts and office equipment.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
