We are looking for an Office Coordinator to join our team at E-Z Bel Construction. This role involves managing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate is a versatile individual with excellent communication skills and strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform receptionist duties, manage mail and deliveries.
  • Coordinate janitorial and facility maintenance.
  • Manage office and cleaning supplies inventory.
  • Develop office policies and procedures.
  • Create promotional materials for office events.
  • Assist in planning and executing office events.
  • Oversee provisioning of electronic devices and ensure data security.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in office coordination or administrative support.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in office software applications.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with basic IT concepts and office equipment.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
