Position Summary

As a PCA or CNA at Charter Senior Living, you will play a vital role in providing professional and compassionate care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include assisting residents with daily activities, providing emotional support, documenting care provided, and maintaining a safe and positive environment.

• Provide assistance with daily living activities
• Follow resident care schedules

• Document care provided accurately
• Ensure resident safety and well-being

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• CPR/First Aid Certification may be required
• Experience with the elderly preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
