Program Nurse RN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Program Nurse RN to join our team at Hope Network West Michigan. As a Program Nurse, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of nurse-related operations, including medication administration, health care program coordination, and staff education.

Responsibilities

• Provide education to direct care staff and residents in relevant health care areas.
• Guide medication administration, procurement, and evaluation, monitoring purposes and responses.
• Assess and treat medical conditions, develop healthcare goals, and attend planning meetings.
• Conduct resident health assessments, schedule laboratory tests, and document medical treatment.
• Provide leadership, support, and direction to staff, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• Must be a Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan.
• Prior experience in specialized rehabilitation and mental health settings preferred.
• Positive attitude, communication skills, and eCare User proficiency.
