Program Nurse RN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Program Nurse RN to join the team at Hope Network West Michigan. As a Program Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of nurse-related operations, including medication administration, direct individual health care programs, and staff education. Your responsibilities will also involve monitoring resident health, developing healthcare goals, and ensuring medical compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide education to direct care staff and residents in relevant health care areas.
• Guide and oversee the administration, procurement, and evaluation of individual medications.
• Monitor and treat chronic and emergency medical conditions within medical provider advisement.
• Develop healthcare goals in collaboration with Case Holder and attend Person Centered Planning meetings.
• Assess resident health needs, conduct necessary tests, and document medical treatment accurately.
• Provide leadership and support to staff, ensuring effective communication and program compliance.

Requirements

• Michigan State Licensed Registered Nurse.
• Experience in medical treatment within a rehabilitation setting, with mental health and Phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Positive attitude, communication skills, and eCare User proficiency.
