Project Manager- Environmental (Norfolk, VA)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Environmental Services / ER Project Manager to join our growing team in Norfolk, VA. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and completing projects while focusing on safety, quality, and client satisfaction. You will play a key role in the project bidding process and collaborate closely with the Branch Manager and Territory Account Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project management including planning, quality control, health & safety oversight, and resource management.
• Participate in project bidding and contracting, ensuring accuracy and quality of contract terms.
• Collaborate with the business development team to drive growth and opportunities.
• Oversee project costs, revenue reporting, and financial data.
• Mentor and manage project team members, ensuring their engagement and success.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Geology or related field preferred.
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience, including team leadership.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite and prior experience with Hyland OnBase is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to obtain necessary security clearances and certifications.
