Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Friendship Village Chesterfield. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to residents in our 24-hour assisted living operation. Your responsibilities will include administering medications, performing treatments and procedures, supervising nursing assistants, maintaining documentation, and ensuring the highest quality of resident care.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily supervision and leadership to assigned staff.
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living and promote independent lifestyle.
- Initiate individual plans of care based on healthcare goals and nursing assessments.
- Assist residents in transfers, record vital signs, and ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Maintain OSHA safety standards, respond to call lights promptly, and ensure residents' quality of life.
Requirements
- Current State of Missouri Registered Nurse license.
